Alright so hear we go. Pretty simple routine, but tough on the body. This type of workout is desinged to break the muscles down enough to force growth and increased fiber endurance. The program is recommends for 4-6 weeks with a month or two between cycles. Diet is key with this workout and so is rest. Stop smoking and you won't get sick, your body isn't going to have a lot of time for immune defense and liver detox. Healthy fruits and proteins are a must.
AS many reps as you can do In 20 seconds, repeat 7x with a 10 second rest in between with 2-4 minutes rest between each exercise don’t over do it with weight you want to be able to finish the 8 sets.

Tracks
I think i have come to the conclusion that Tracks dont work anymore.
In our "dont want to wait" era people are less concerned with the future, being able to connect instantly with friends on twitter, or facebook, email, even being able to call somebody whenever you want with the use of cell phones, naturaly i would say people are less concerned with going to heaven, when it relates to Salavation, instead they want to know how things are going to affect them here and NOW! I of course am quite concerned with eternity but was not before i was saved..
My story:
when i was saved i was searching, like i would say most americans are now. I consider myself educated and very inteligent, (I cant spell or do math but history and facts are my thing). I would have definatly gotten into Ekhardt Tolle and Dupak Chopra had i not experienced the spirit for myself, I used to tell people i was buddhist sometimes just to make christians nervouse, but i also related to those people. I believe that like most americans, i was searching for completion, something that made me feel like everyday was making me better somehow. I believed in Jesus, and God, as 90% of americans admit, but like them was affraid somewhat to admit that He [Jesus] is who He, says he is.
I think tracks need to change, and maybe our attitude toward those we are discussing Jesus needs to change.
Christ has so much to offer you everyday, he can heal you, not only on the ouside but Heal those wounds on the outside, can allow you to move past yourself and start being efective for his pourpose.
If we are to be more like christ, we need to show people what he can do for them now, serving our community, not condemning them.
In a recent interview Pat Robertson, said the reason for the Haitian earthquake was that they signed a pact with the Devil?!? What does that even mean, and why does he speak for the rest of us, why waste the energy trying to say why it happened and condemning and not "rallying the troops". (Just for reference I dont agree with what Pat said)
We as christians need show that we stand for something, (hunger, the care for orphans, health) these were the things that were important to christ, we have to change peoples opinion that all we want to do is controll peoples life, and that all we want is to help peoples life.
